  • Do I need experience to take this class?

    This is an intermediate to advanced-level class. You should already be familiar with basic body contouring tools and techniques. If you're a total beginner, we recommend starting with the fundamentals first, or taking one of our online courses to familiarize yourself with the basics.

  • Is this class hands-on?

    YES! This is a fully interactive training. You'll get real practice with wood therapy and observe live demos of Endermologie and Endospheres. We'll also work through real-life client scenarios and troubleshooting.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    Yes! Every student will receive a certificate of completion after attending both days of training. If you're on the 3-month payment plan, your certificate will be released once your final payment is made and your balance is paid in full. No exceptions.

  • Can I be on my phone during class?

    Please keep your phone on silent and stay off of it during training hours unless it is an emergency. This is a professional, focused learning environment. Respect the instructors, the students, and your own investment by being fully present.

  • Can I record the class?

    Absolutely not. Recording of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes audio, video, screen recording, or taking photos of training materials. Anyone caught recording will be immediately removed from the class without refund. No exceptions.

  • How long is the class?

    The class will run from approximately 10 am - 6 pm on both Saturday, September 20th and Sunday, September 21st. It is your responsibility to get to the class on time, and to make sure you are in the room by the time class starts. If you arrive after the 10 minute grace period, you may miss important information regarding the course material. 30 minutes after class starts, the door will be locked and no one will be able to enter so as not to interrupt the class for the other attendees.

  • Can I pay in installments?

    Yes! You can reserve your spot with just $250 down, then pay the remaining balance in two monthly payments of $475. No interest, no credit check. We also offer Afterpay and Klarna.

  • Is the deposit refundable?

    The $250 deposit is non-refundable and secures your seat. However, if something comes up, you can request to transfer it to a future class or apply it to a different training within 90 days.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Just bring yourself, a notebook, and a pen! We’ll provide all the tools and equipment needed for training. If you’d like, you can also bring water, snacks, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Scrubs, leggings, or activewear are totally fine. And yes—come ready to learn, ask questions, and get hands-on!
